Working with projects shared with you
Add a shortcut to a shared project, or duplicate it to make your own version.

Projects in Shared with Me live in another workspace, and you have access to them as a collaborator. Right-click any project there to see what you can do: Open, Duplicate, Add to my library, and Remove.
Add it to your library (a shortcut)
Right-click the project and choose Add to my library. This creates a shortcut to the shared project in your own library.
It does not make a copy. The shortcut points to the original project, which stays in the other workspace, so you always see the latest version.
It gives you quick access from your own library, and you can file the shortcut into a folder like any other project.
Shortcuts are marked with a small Shortcut chip so you can tell them apart from projects you own.
To remove it later, right-click the shortcut and choose Remove from my library. This removes only the shortcut, not the project itself, and does not affect your access.
Duplicate it (your own version)
Right-click the project and choose Duplicate to create your own independent copy in your library.
Your copy is completely separate from the original. Changes you make to it do not affect the shared project, and updates to the shared project do not change your copy.
Use this when you want to branch off from a shared project and make it your own.
Which should you use?
Add a shortcut when you want quick access to the live, shared original from your own library. Duplicate when you want a separate copy you can change on your own without touching the shared version.
