Subscribing to Team Library projects

Access vs. subscription, and how to turn a project on for your dashboard.

In the Team Library, you can open and edit any project right away. But there is a difference between having access to a project and subscribing to it.

What subscribing does

A Team Library project only flows through to your Dashboard, Master Calendar, and Daily Digest emails if you are subscribed to it. Subscribing is how you choose which shared projects you actively follow, without cluttering your views with every project in the workspace.

How to subscribe

There are two ways:

  • On the project card in the Team Library, click Subscribe.

  • Or open the project and click the Subscribe pill at the top right of the calendar.

Once subscribed, the control reads Subscribed.

Unsubscribing

Click Subscribed again to unsubscribe at any time. You keep full access to the project; it simply stops appearing on your dashboard, master calendar, and daily digest, and you stop getting notifications for it.

Projects you own in My Library and projects in Shared with Me are followed automatically, so subscription only applies to the shared Team Library.
