My Library, Team Library, and Shared with Me

Workback has three library sections in the left sidebar. They differ in who can see the projects inside.

My Library

Private to you by default. Projects here are visible only to you, unless you specifically add other people to an individual project in the Members menu. This is the right place for your own work, drafts, or anything you are not ready to share with the whole team.

Team Library

A workspace-wide shared directory. Every member of your workspace can open and edit the projects here. Use it for the calendars your team works on together.

Shared with Me

Projects from other workspaces that someone has added you to as a collaborator. They continue to live in the other workspace; this section simply gives you access to them in one place.

Sharing individual projects

From any project in My Library or Team Library, you can add specific people (inside or outside your workspace) using the Members button at the top right of the calendar. See Adding members and collaborators for details.
