Export List data to CSV

When you want your schedule as data rather than a picture, export it to CSV.

Export the file

Open the Export menu and choose CSV under List data. It exports the filtered rows in your current view order, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.

Or copy directly

You can also copy without a file: in List view, drag to select the cells you want, press Cmd/Ctrl + C, and paste straight into a spreadsheet.

Internal events

The CSV includes what your current filters show. To leave internal events out, hide them in the Filter menu before exporting.
