Plans & pricing: trial, Solo, and Team

Workback has a free trial and two self-serve plans, plus Enterprise. Every plan — including the trial — includes custom branding (no "Made with Workback" watermark).

Free trial — $0 for 30 days

A 30-day trial of the full product, no credit card required. You get full feature access so you can evaluate everything. There's no permanent free tier — when the trial ends, you'll be prompted to pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.

You can add your card any time during the trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. Your days remaining are always visible in the sidebar.

Solo — $35 / month

For freelance and independent producers. A single seat, with:

• Unlimited calendars

• Read-only share links (no account required for the recipient)

• PDF / PNG / CSV exports

• Invite collaborators on a project

• Folders & versions

• Custom share links & branding

Team — $99 / month

For agencies and production companies. Includes 3 seats; each additional editor or admin is +$35 / month, prorated automatically. Everything in Solo, plus:

• Workspace collaboration (multiple editors & admins)

• Team Library — shared, workspace-wide projects

• Shared team calendars

Enterprise — custom

For large agencies and studios: everything in Team, plus SSO / SAML, dedicated onboarding, an SLA, audit logs, and a custom contract. Contact us for pricing.

How seats work

• A seat is one editor or admin in your workspace.

• Read-only share-link viewers never use a seat — share with as many clients as you like.

• Adding a member is prorated on your next invoice. Removing a member takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Billing is handled by Stripe.

You can review or change your plan any time under Settings → Billing.
