Duplicate, copy, and paste events
Reuse an event — or a whole run of them — without rebuilding it.

Need the same event again, or a repeating pattern across your schedule? You can duplicate an event in place, or copy events and paste them onto any day — keeping the name, color, party, stage, and duration every time.
Duplicate an event
Right-click an event and choose Duplicate. An identical copy drops onto the same dates — same name, color, party, stage, and duration. It is a quick way to make a near-copy you will then drag or tweak.
Copy and paste
Right-click an event and choose Copy.
Right-click the day you want it on and choose Paste.
The copy lands starting on that day, keeping its name, color, party, stage, and duration.
Paste appears on the day menu once you have copied something.
Duplicate or copy several at once
Click Select Multiple, choose the events you want, then use Duplicate or Copy in the selection toolbar.
Duplicate drops a copy of every selected event in place.
Copy captures the whole group. When you right-click a day and choose Paste, the group lands anchored to that day and keeps the spacing between events.
Good to know
The clipboard is per-calendar — you can copy and paste within a project, but not from one project into another (parties and stages belong to each project).
Anything you paste or duplicate can be undone with ⌘Z / Ctrl+Z.
