Selecting multiple projects and folders

Both libraries support working in bulk.

Select items

Hover any project or folder and click its checkbox, or drag on empty space to draw a selection box around several at once. Hold Shift while dragging to add to what's selected.

Act on the selection

A bar appears at the bottom with everything you can do: Move to Folder (projects and folders together), Move to Team Library or Move to My Library, Archive, Unarchive, and Delete. Right-clicking any selected item shows the same actions. Dragging one selected card into a folder moves the whole selection.

Good to know

• Moves you don't have permission for are skipped and reported, and the rest of the batch still completes.

• A shared project pinned in your My Library re-files your shortcut only; the original stays where its owner put it.

• Folders can't be moved into themselves; those moves are skipped.
