Notes on your calendar
Add written context to any day without creating an event.
Last updated 24 days ago
Notes are text blocks that live on the calendar next to your events. They have no party or stage. Use them for reminders, context, or anything the schedule should say in words.
Create a note
Right-click a day and choose Add note, or double-click a day and switch the window from Event to Note. Write your text with bold, italics, and underline. Pick a color if you want one; notes default to a neutral amber accent.
Placement
A note can sit at the top, center, or bottom of its days. Top is the default. Notes never overlap events; when space runs out they slide below.
Move and resize
Drag a note to another day, or drag its edges to cover more days. Click a note to edit it.
Notes travel with your schedule
Push & Pull includes notes by default. Uncheck Include notes in the push or pull window to leave them in place, or Lock a note so it never moves. Notes can also be marked Internal, which hides them from share links and exports unless you say otherwise.
Everywhere else
Notes appear in List view as read-only rows, in CSV downloads, and in PDF and PNG exports (the Calendar notes toggle controls this). Each share link has its own Show notes setting. The Filter menu can hide notes for your session.
Undo any note change with βZ / Ctrl+Z.
