In transit and at rest

Connections to Workback are encrypted in transit, and your data is stored on trusted, industry-standard cloud infrastructure.

Access controls

Access is enforced per project. Only you, your workspace members (for Team Library projects), and people you explicitly add can open a project. Cross-workspace collaboration is deliberate and opt-in on both sides.

Sharing you control

Share links are read-only and revocable, so you decide who can view a calendar and for how long. Optional product analytics mask all on-screen text, so your schedule content is never captured in session recordings.
