The Master Calendar

The Master Calendar layers multiple projects into a single calendar, so you can see everything you are working on at once.

What it shows

It shows projects that are Active in your My Library, or that you are subscribed to in a Team Library. The same set of projects feeds your Dashboard and Daily Digest emails.

Choose which projects appear

Use the left sidebar to select or deselect projects to show or hide them on the master calendar. Select all and Deselect all act on everything at once. To show or hide the sidebar itself, use the hamburger menu at the top left.

Open a project

Click any event to open that specific calendar.

View settings

At the top right, the View menu lets you change the event Size and choose what appears on the event bars: Project name, Party, and Stage.

Project colors

To change a project's color on the master calendar, click the color swatch next to its name in the left sidebar.
