Locking events

Some dates don't move: a delivery, an air date, a booked stage. Lock those events and reschedule everything else around them.

Lock an event

Open the event and check Lock this event. Locked events show a small padlock on the bar.

What locking does

Push & Pull never moves a locked event, even when it matches the parties, stages, or range you target. The push window tells you how many locked items are being left alone. You can still drag or edit a locked event directly; the lock guards against bulk reschedules, not deliberate edits.

Notes can be locked the same way. To move a locked item with a push or pull, unlock it first.
