Deleting your account

Account deletion is handled by our support team. To request it, reach out to support through the in-app messenger (the help and chat widget inside Workback). Let us know whether you want your account closed or your personal data removed, and we will take care of the rest.

Deleting projects is separate

Removing your account is different from deleting an individual calendar. If you only want to remove specific projects, you can delete them yourself from your library, though keep in mind that deleting a calendar cannot be undone. If you might want a project later, archive it instead.
