Skip weekends on an event

A four-day job that starts Thursday shouldn't look like weekend work. Turn on Skip weekends when creating or editing a multi-day event and the bar pauses over the weekend: it ends at Friday with a small arrow and resumes Monday.

How the math works

Duration counts weekdays only. A four-day event starting Thursday runs Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday. Dates snap off weekends automatically when you move or resize the event.

Rescheduling

Push & Pull always steps these events over weekends, whatever the push window's own settings say. They can never land on a Saturday or Sunday.

Events without this setting are unchanged and can span weekends normally.
