Cookies & analytics: what we track and how to opt out

We keep tracking to a minimum and put you in control of anything optional.

Essential cookies (always on)

These keep you signed in and the app working — for example, your authentication session. They can't be turned off, because the product can't function without them.

Optional analytics (off until you accept)

Product-usage analytics and session replay help us understand how features are used and fix problems. They stay completely off until you accept the cookie banner — no analytics cookies are set and no analytics requests are sent before then.

Your privacy is protected either way

Even when analytics is on, we mask all on-screen text in session replays. Your schedule content — event, project, party, stage, and client names — is never captured.

Change your mind any time

You can withdraw or re-grant consent whenever you like:

• In the app: Settings → Notifications → Cookie preferences.

• From the sign-in / sign-up pages: the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Withdrawing stops analytics immediately and clears the related cookies. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
