A quick tour of Workback

Here is how Workback is laid out so you can find your way around.

The sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation: Home, My Library, Team Library, Shared with Me, Master Calendar, and Settings. Your account menu sits at the bottom, and a notification bell is in the top area.

Home

Your dashboard. It shows what is happening today and over the next two days across the projects you follow, plus your most recent projects for quick access.

Libraries

Where your projects live. My Library is private to you, Team Library is shared across your workspace, and Shared with Me holds projects other users or workspaces have shared with you.

A project

Opening a project takes you into its month calendar. You can switch the same project to a List view at any time.

Master Calendar

All of your active and subscribed projects layered into one calendar, so you can see everything at once.

Settings

Your profile, appearance, workspace branding, team, billing, and notification preferences.
