Using the List view
Columns, inline editing, copy to a spreadsheet, and CSV.

The List view shows the same calendar as a chronological list. It is useful when you or a teammate prefers a list over a month grid. Your month view and your list view are the same project, just displayed differently. Switch between them with the Calendar / List tab.
Filters and view settings
Filters work exactly as they do on the calendar, and the view settings are similar (for example showing or hiding holidays). In list mode you can also choose which columns to show or hide from the View menu. The columns are #, Date, Event, Stage, Party, and Duration.
Edit inline
Click a cell to edit it directly. You can change an event's name, its party, its stage, and its dates without leaving the list.
Copy to a spreadsheet
Drag to select a range of cells, then press Cmd/Ctrl + C. The cells copy in a spreadsheet format, so you can paste them straight into Excel or Google Sheets.
Export to CSV
To get a file, use the Export menu and choose CSV under List data. It exports the rows in your current view, in order, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Add and remove rows
Use the New event row at the bottom to add an event, or right-click a row to add one above or below it, or to delete it. When holidays are turned on, holiday rows appear in the list too.
