I do not see my project on the dashboard, master calendar, or daily digest

It is most likely not Active (in My Library) or you are not subscribed to it (in the Team Library). Set it to Active, or open it and click Subscribe.

A teammate cannot see my project

Projects in My Library are private. Add the person through the project's Members button, or move the project to the Team Library so the whole workspace can see it.

My share link shows an old version

Share links are live and update automatically, so ask the viewer to refresh. If it stopped working entirely, the link may have been revoked.

I renamed a credit but the event bars did not change

Credits and parties are separate. To change what shows on event bars, edit the party (or stage) in the project's Settings.

Push or pull landed an event on a weekend or holiday

Turn on Skip weekends and Skip holidays in the push or pull window. Skip holidays requires holidays to be turned on in View options.

I deleted events by mistake

Press Cmd/Ctrl + Z to undo. Note that deleting an entire project cannot be undone, so archive instead when you are unsure.

The Export button is greyed out

Check the Filter Events section in the export window. If it is excluding everything (0 of N events), there is nothing to export.
